Volleyball Game Preview: Greeneville Greene Devils vs. Science Hill Hilltoppers

Greeneville is 0-6 against Science Hill since September of 2015 but things could change on Monday. The Greene Devils will head out on the road to challenge the Hilltoppers at 6:00 p.m. Greeneville will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Greeneville picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Seymour.

Meanwhile, Science Hill faced Baylor in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Hilltoppers fell just short of the Red Raiders by a score of 2-1.

Greeneville will have to keep a close watch on Isa Dau and Kaitlyn Wallace, a pair of players who had a big impact on Science Hill's prior game. Dau had 13 digs and three assists, while Wallace had six digs and one block. That block marked the first that Wallace has had this season.

The victory got Greeneville back to even at 14-14. As for Science Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 25-7.

Greeneville couldn't quite get it done against Science Hill in their previous matchup back in August as they fell 3-1. Can the Greene Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
