Coronado has gone a perfect 7-0 against Crawford recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Islanders will welcome the Colts at 4:00 p.m. Coronado is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.2 runs per game this season.

Coronado is headed into the match having just posted their closest win since May 14, 2024 on Monday. They skirted past Valhalla 5-4.

Ali Pecus spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on nine hits and racked up nine Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Jersey Cunningham, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That double was her first of the season. Cali Smith was another key player, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Crawford's offense. They lost 7-0 to Mission Bay on Friday. The Colts haven't had much luck with the Buccaneers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Coronado's victory bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Crawford, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.
