Volleyball Preview: Lavaca Takes on Dover

The Lavaca Golden Arrows will face off against the Dover Pirates at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Lavaca came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but they unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Providence Academy.

Meanwhile, Dover didn't have quite enough to beat Lamar on Thursday and fell 3-2.

Dover actually scored more points across those five sets (104-97), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 15-25, 16-25, 25-21, 16-14.
