Rich Township had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Thornton Wildcats by a score of 13-8 on Monday. The Raptors have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Ezri Adami was a standout: she got on base in all five of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and three RBI. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Naairah Ali, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four stolen bases, one run, and one double.

Rich Township always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .568. They are 7-3 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Rich Township's record now sits at 7-12. As for Thornton, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-11.
