Baseball Recap: Wheaton Comes Up Short

Wheaton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 11-1 to the Billings Wildcats. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in May of 2025.

Wheaton now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Billings, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-9.

Coming up, Wheaton will square off against Hurley at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Billings has already played their next contest (against Non Varsity Opponent), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
