Volleyball Recap: Lake Worth Comes Up Short

Lake Worth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Ponder Lions. If the Bullfrogs were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Lions when the teams met back in August of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lake Worth's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ponder, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coincidentally, Lake Worth and Ponder will both be playing North Forney the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Falcons at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bullfrogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
