Baseball Recap: Goleman Comes Up Short

Goleman and West Broward squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Goleman had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Bobcats by a score of 3-1. The Gators' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it eight in a row.

Adrian Santos was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.

Goleman's loss dropped their record down to 3-17. As for West Broward, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-10.

As of now, neither Goleman nor the Bobcats have any future games scheduled.
