Softball Recap: Central Valley Comes Up Short

Central Valley lost against Lassen two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Falcons came up short against the Grizzlies, falling 15-2. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central Valley saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lilly Infield, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Central Valley's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Lassen, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-9.

Central Valley has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against West Valley on the 13th. As for Lassen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-1 win against Anderson on the 13th.
