Baseball Game Preview: MMI Preparatory School vs. Nativity BVM Green Wave

MMI Preparatory School is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They walked away with a 5-2 win over Christian School of York.

Joshua Witner spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on nine hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, MMI Preparatory School saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adam Frask, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Frask has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Meanwhile, Nativity BVM entered their tilt with Dock Mennonite on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against the Pioneers.

The victory got Nativity BVM back to even at 11-11. As for MMI Preparatory School, the win also got them back to even at 11-11.
