Volleyball Recap: Alice Starts Season with Victory at Home

Alice took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They blew past the Woodsboro Eagles 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Coyotes in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.

While Alice won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-22, 25-14.

Woodsboro dropped their record down to 1-1 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Alice will be playing at home against Ray at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodsboro, they will face off against Incarnate Word Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
