Baseball Recap: Richmond Bobcats vs. Forest Hills Tigers
Richmond strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Forest Hills Tigers with a sharp 14-3 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-3 on Saturday.

David Edwards made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up three earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). Those eight strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. That triple was his first of the season.
In other batting news, Cody Fournier was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). James Hathorne was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.
Richmond always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .686. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Forest Hills only posted an OBP of .294.
Richmond's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Forest Hills, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
