Baseball Recap: Siren Comes Up Short

After flying high against South Shore on Tuesday, Siren came back down to earth. The Dragons fell just short of the Flambeau Falcons by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. If the Dragons were looking for revenge after losing 10-2 to the Falcons when the teams met back in April of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Parker Fingerson was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched 6.1 innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits.

Siren dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Flambeau, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-7.

As of now, neither Siren nor the Falcons have any future games scheduled.
