Baseball Recap: Grandview Extends Winning Streak to Four

Grandview won the last time they faced Mullen and things went their way on Monday too. The Wolves had just enough and edged out the Mustangs 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Grandview saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Justin Dean, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one run. Those three hits gave Dean a new career-high. Another was Kayden Bohmeyer, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double.

Grandview's record is now 13-3. As for Mullen, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Grandview is set to square off against their familiar foe Arapahoe at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mullen will face off against rival Smoky Hill at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
