Baseball Recap: Jessieville Lions vs. Cutter-Morning Star Eagles
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Murfreesboro, Jessieville was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 19-1 margin over the Cutter-Morning Star Eagles. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Lions' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.
Justin Meredith and Levi Anderson made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Meredith tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
