If Bishop Blanchet was riding high fresh off their 42-20 takedown of Monroe last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bears had to suffer through a 48-10 loss at the hands of the Eastside Catholic Crusaders. The defeat continues a trend for the Bears in their meetings with the Crusaders: they've now lost eight in a row.

Bishop Blanchet's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Eastside Catholic, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0.
