Volleyball Recap: Woodland Warriors vs. Earlville Red Raiders
After losing to Earlville the last time they met, Woodland decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Woodland Warriors came out on top against the Earlville Red Raiders by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.
The final score came out to 25-20, 25-16.
Woodland has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. As for Earlville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-12.
Woodland will face off against DePue at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Woodland is facing DePue at the right time seeing as DePue is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Earlville, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Aurora Central Catholic at 9:00 a.m.
