Volleyball Recap: Butler Wins Going Away Against Western

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Holy Cross, Butler was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Western Warriors as they made off with a 3-0 win. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Bears yet this season.

Butler's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-7. As for Western, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Butler and Presentation will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Western, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Valley at 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
