Soccer Recap: Bandera Takes a Loss

Bandera and Canyon Lake combined for 27 shots on goal on Tuesday, which explains the impressive ten total goals scored. The Bandera BULLDOGS came up short against Canyon Lake, falling 9-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the BULLDOGS were already down 5-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Alissa Izaguirre, who's now up to four this season.

Bandera's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-13-1. As for Canyon Lake, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-5-2.

Bandera has already played their next match, a 5-2 defeat against Fredericksburg on the 7th. As for Canyon Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-1 draw against Wimberley on the 7th.
