Passers beware: Elijah Johnson came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He made four total tackles and defended one pass in addition to snagging two interceptions as North Pole fell to Palmer 48-7. We hope Friday's matchup is the first of many we'll see posted here as the season progresses.

Coming up, Johnson and North Pole will look to defend their home field on Friday against Service at 4:00 p.m. The Cougars will enter the matchup having just beaten Juneau-Douglas, so the Patriots will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
