Murray had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Jordan on Tuesday. The Spartans put the hurt on the Beetdiggers with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Spartans sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

One reason for the win was Murray's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19, 25-10.

Murray's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Jordan, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-8.

Murray has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against East on the 25th. As for Jordan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Juan Diego Catholic on the 25th.
