Volleyball Recap: Duchesne Takes a Loss

If Duchesne was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Hazelwood West last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Duchesne fell 2-0 to the Parkway South Patriots on Friday.

Will Johannesman paced Duchesne's offense, picking up four kills. Johannesman got some help from Zach Hubert and his five assists.

Duchesne's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Parkway South, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Duchesne didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Althoff Catholic on the 28th. As for Parkway South, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Alton on the 28th.
