Northwestern Regional won the last time they faced Terryville and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Highlanders were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Kangaroos. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Highlanders.

Northwestern Regional walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-18, 25-6, 25-18.

Taylor Kelley paced Northwestern Regional's offense, picking up eight kills. Kelley got some help from Josephine Quinto and her eight assists. Kelley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Northwestern Regional's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Terryville, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Northwestern Regional is set to take on their familiar foe Gilbert at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Terryville will face off against rival Nonnewaug at 5:15 p.m. on the 24th.
