Soccer Recap: Jones County Takes a Loss

Jones County lost against First Presbyterian Day back in February of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Jones County Greyhounds lost 11-1 to the First Presbyterian Day Vikings. The loss was the Greyhounds' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Jones County fell to 4-1.

The future could be bright for both Jones County and First Presbyterian Day: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Jones County will try to hand Hampton their third-straight loss when the two meet at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, First Presbyterian Day will look to extend Howard's five-game losing streak when they meet at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
