Benson made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Omaha Northwest, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bunnies blew past the Huskies 3-0 on Monday. The score was close at halftime, but Benson pulled away in the second half with two goals.

Eh Lar Moo and Ro Ri Soe scored all three of Benson's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

The victory got Benson back to even at 3-3. As for Omaha Northwest, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Benson is set to face off against their familiar foe Omaha South at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive. Meanwhile, Omaha Northwest will take on rival Millard South at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
