Philip Barbour took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Buckhannon-Upshur Buccaneers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Colts also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Tyler Sisson was excellent, going 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Philip Barbour will square off against rival East Fairmont at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Buckhannon-Upshur is set to challenge their familiar foe Preston at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
