Volleyball Recap: Victor Takes a Loss

Victor lost against Fairport back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Blue Devils lost 3-0 to the Red Raiders. The Blue Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Victor was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Fairport's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-21, 25-23.

Victor's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Fairport, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

Coincidentally, Victor and Fairport will both be playing Penfield the next time they take the court. The Red Raiders will head out to face the Patriots at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Blue Devils will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on the 24th.
