Volleyball Recap: Glenn Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Glenn was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Atkins last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bobcats came up short against the North Davidson Black Knights on Monday, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Black Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 10th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-15, 25-13.

Savanna Parsons paced Glenn's offense, picking up four kills. Parsons got some help from Kendall Fraas and her six assists.

Leading North Davidson to victory were Sara Kate Monson and Parker Welty. Monson had 11 digs and two assists, while Welty had five aces and four digs. That's the most aces Welty has posted since back in August.

Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for North Davidson, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Glenn will take on rival North Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, North Davidson is set to square off against their familiar foe Atkins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
