Lamar is 7-2 against Ellicott since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Thunder will welcome the Thunderhawks at 7:30 p.m. Ellicott took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Lamar, who comes in off a win.

On Saturday, Lamar didn't have too much trouble with Banning Lewis Academy as they won 44-29. The victory continues a trend for the Thunder in their matchups with the Stallions: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, Ellicott took a blow against Rye on Saturday, falling 51-22.

Ellicott's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Lamar, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Lamar skirted past Ellicott 31-29 in their previous matchup back in January of 2025. Will the Thunder repeat their success, or do the Thunderhawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
