Lowry scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They lost 89-68 to the Jordan Beetdiggers. Even though they lost, the Buckaroos' still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.5 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Several Buckaroos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Byron Jimenez, who shot 43% from the field to rack up 25 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jovanny Cuevas, who posted 24 points in addition to six assists and four steals.

Holden Warnick produced another solid effort shooting 9-for-12 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double with 29 points and 14 rebounds for Jordan. Those 29 points gave Warnick a new career-high. Marcus Hickman was another key player, going 5-for-11 en route to 21 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Lowry and nudges their season record down to 1-3. Those losses can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points over those games. As for Jordan, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.

Lowry didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 62-54 defeat against Virgin Valley on the 6th. As for Jordan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 74-58 loss against Elko on the 6th.
