Soccer Recap: Brandon Comes Up Short

Brandon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Imlay City Spartans, falling 7-2. That's two games in a row now that Brandon have lost by exactly five goals.

Brandon's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Imlay City, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5-1 record this season.

Brandon has already played their next match (against North Branch), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Imlay City, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against L'Anse Creuse on the 18th.
