Baseball Recap: Rauner Comes Up Short

The Rauner Wildcats lost 16-1 to Fasman Yeshiva on Friday.

Andrew Anaya made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-1.

Rauner dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Rauner Wildcats duke it out with Golder Panthers at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Fasman Yeshiva, they will challenge Cristo Rey Jesuit at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
