Penobscot Valley hasn't lost a match since September 12th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Hodgdon Hawks. Penobscot Valley might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by three goals or more this season.

Penobscot Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-1-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those five matches. As for Hodgdon, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Penobscot Valley will host Fort Fairfield at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hodgdon, they will square off against Madawaska at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Hodgdon will need to watch out since Madawaska have now posted at least four goals in their last four matchups.
