Basketball Recap: Kee Comes Up Short

If Kee was riding high fresh off their 70-40 takedown of Turkey Valley last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Kee Kee Hawks received a blow on Monday as they fell 68-51 to the Waukon Indians. The Kee Hawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Kee now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Waukon, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kee and Postville will face off at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. As for Waukon, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against New Hampton at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
