Volleyball Recap: Heritage Christian Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Heritage Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Barry County Christian. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Barry County Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Heritage Christian Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Barry County Christian work for it, especially in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-14, 23-25, 23-25, 29-27, 15-7.

Heritage Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Barry County Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

Heritage Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sacred Heart Academy at 9:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Barry County Christian, they will head out to square off against Varsity Opponent at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
