Baseball Recap: Seneca Takes a Loss

Seneca fell victim to Fox Creek and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Predators by a score of 2-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Bobcats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Fox Creek, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 12-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seneca will face off against Berea at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fox Creek, they will venture away from home to take on Harlem at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their 26th straight win, something the Predators surely won't give up without a fight.
