Recap: Barr-Reeve Vikings vs. White River Valley Wolverines
The Barr-Reeve Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 28 points or more this season. They blew past White River Valley, posting a 52-24 victory on the road. Winning may never get old, but Barr-Reeve sure is getting used to it with their ninth in a row.
Barr-Reeve's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Braydon Knepp led the charge by scoring 13 points along with five assists and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for him. Kendall Graber was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with six rebounds.
Barr-Reeve's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for White River Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.
Barr-Reeve will head out on the road to face off against Washington Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Washington Catholic is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for White River Valley, they will be playing at home against Crothersville at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
