Vail Christian had won seven straight home games dating back to last season and Sam Bates did her part to make it eight on Tuesday. The Saints came out on top against the Vail Mountain Rangers by a score of 3-1 with plenty of help from Bates, who had 18 digs and two assists. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 10.2 digs per game.
