Basketball Recap: Chapel Hill Finds Playoff Glory Versus Central Gwinnett

Chapel Hill had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They snuck past the Central Gwinnett Black Knights with a 70-64 win on Wednesday.

Despite the loss, Central Gwinnett still got an impressive performance from Josiah Hall, who on his way to 27 points. The dominant performance gave Hall a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Denovian Flowers, who to rack up 17 points and five assists.

Chapel Hill is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. Central Gwinnett dropped their record down to 15-14 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Chapel Hill has already played their next game, a 76-56 defeat against Wheeler on the 22nd. Central Gwinnett does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
