Softball Recap: Calhoun Takes a Loss

Calhoun was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Gilmer County Titans, falling 20-4. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-0 on Friday.

Calhoun's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Gilmer County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-5.

Calhoun has already played their next contest (against Roane County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Gilmer County, they will challenge Wahama at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
