Basketball Recap: St. Joseph's Academy Comes Up Short

St. Joseph's Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Lift for Life Academy Hawks, falling 57-36. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Angels of the 56-51 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.

St. Joseph's Academy's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Lift for Life Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season.

St. Joseph's Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lift for Life Academy, they will face off against Cardinal Ritter College Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
