Softball Recap: John Marshall Comes Up Short

John Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 11-0 to the Century Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-3 on Monday.

John Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Century, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. John Marshall is set to challenge their familiar foe Mayo at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Century will take on rival Owatonna at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
