Softball Recap: Tehachapi Takes a Loss

The Tehachapi Warriors came up short against the Stockdale Mustangs on Wednesday and fell 9-4.

Tehachapi saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kylei Murphy, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Tehachapi's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-1. As for Stockdale, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Stockdale beat Tehachapi by a score of 3-0 later that day.
