Lewis Central entered their tilt with Sidney on Saturday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Cowboys. That's more bragging rights for the Titans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Aubree Davis paced Lewis Central's offense, picking up ten kills. Davis got some help from Mallory Wohlers and her 15 assists.

Lewis Central's win bumped their record up to 23-9. As for Sidney, they moved to 11-4 with that loss, which also ended their ten-match winning streak.

Lewis Central wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Bennington on the 18th. Sidney does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
