Basketball Recap: Bluestem Takes a Loss

Bluestem was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 71-27 loss at the hands of Dexter. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Dexter apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Bluestem's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Dexter, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 1-3-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bluestem will square off against Cherryvale on Friday. As for Dexter, they will take on Sedan on Friday.
