Basketball Recap: McLaurin Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact McLaurin can now relate to. They came up short against the Coahoma County Red Panthers on Tuesday, falling 62-40. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Tigers have suffered since February 2, 2024.

McLaurin's loss dropped their record down to 27-6. As for Coahoma County, they are on a roll lately: they've won 21 of their last 23 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-4 record this season.

As of now, neither McLaurin nor Coahoma County have any future games scheduled.
