Portland came tearing into Tuesday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 46-38 win over the South Portland Red Riots. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Red Riots back in January, they had to take a 70-48 defeat.

Portland is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. As for South Portland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-5.
