West Springfield is 8-2 against Longmeadow since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Terriers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lancers at 7:00 p.m. West Springfield will be strutting in after a win while Longmeadow will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, West Springfield turned things around against Westfield on Friday. They took down the Bombers 35-20.

Meanwhile, Longmeadow fell victim to Central and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 56-0 loss at the hands of the Golden Eagles. The Lancers haven't had much luck with the Golden Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

West Springfield picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Longmeadow, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.

Everything came up roses for West Springfield against Longmeadow in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 47-12 win. Will the Terriers repeat their success, or do the Lancers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
