Softball Recap: Chartiers Valley Falls Short of Penn-Trafford in the Playoffs

Chartiers Valley and Penn-Trafford squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Chartiers Valley had to settle for second. They took a 14-11 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. If the Colts were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Warriors when the teams met back in May of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Chartiers Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Penn-Trafford, the win was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-1.

As of now, neither Chartiers Valley nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
