Baseball Recap: George West Takes a Loss

George West was the 5-1 winner over West Oso when they last played one another back in March, but their luck changed this time around. The Longhorns fell 6-1 to the Bears on Friday. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dylan Thomisee made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

George West now has a losing record of 15-16-2. As for West Oso, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.
