Coshocton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-3 to the New Lexington Panthers. On the bright side, the three- run performance marked the Redskins' highest-scoring match to date.

Coshocton's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for New Lexington, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Looking ahead, Coshocton will head out on the road to challenge Tuscarawas Valley at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for New Lexington, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sheridan at 5:00 p.m. on the 10th.
